DSC_0031-1.jpgToday I’m suffering some serious writer’s block. I can’t get anything on the page. Not for the blog, not for the novel, not for anything. So I’m issuing some filler. A poem I wrote awhile back which was sort of inspired by the chill of Fall mornings.

Morning
Aurora, drawing darkness
To her breast,
Breathes forth the vibrant hues of morning.
Dancing slow pirouettes
On sleeping stems
Bent silver with the dew,
She awakens the crimson warmth of dawn.
